1. To reserve a place on any course, payment must be made in full at least 2 weeks prior to the course start date.
  2. Enrolment on a course will be subject to written acceptance by the Company.
  3. Payment of course fees confirms your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions outlined here.
  4. Course places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis on receipt of payment.
  5. Course resources are available for the duration of the course until the award of the completion certificate. Usage beyond this period is subject to charges.

  6. The Company reserves the right to change the course syllabus and content without prior notice.
  7. Dates and places on courses are not transferable.
  8. The Company reserves the right to cancel a course at any time subject to repayment of any fees received in respect of the course in full.
  9. The Company regrets it is unable to refund course fees paid for cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to the course start date. Refunds for cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the course start date are possible, subject to a 10% administration fee.
  10. The right to cancel must be made in writing.
  11. We reserve the right to terminate the training of any student at our discretion and no refund will be made.
  12. Information given on our course literature is offered in good faith and does not constitute a recommendation. Trainees should make their own judgements
  13. Registration on an IMIGe course is your willing undertaking to enter into a legally binding agreement to receive and keep confidential and not disclose in whole or in part to any third party, nor use the same in whole or in part for any commercial purposes whatsoever, information seen, obtained or given, unless so permitted in writing, and recognise that any such unauthorised disclosure or use of the confidential information could, would or may cause the Company commercial harm. Confidential Information means information provided in documentary form or by way of simulator or in any other tangible form, or information that is imparted orally or any copy of the foregoing.
  14. GDPR: personal contact information is gathered in order to facilitate invoicing, the delivery of training courses and certification of completion. All webinars will be recorded and shared with course participants for the benefit of those unable to attend live events. Personal data is held securely and as long as necessary to complete training.
